Fright Flick is the name of a fright flick coming out from writer and director Israel Luna. Luna was also responsible for the film: Is Anybody There? It is pays homage to slasher movies and the people who make them, set during the shoot of a low-budget flick also called Fright Flick, whose actors and crew start getting bumped off for real. The humor is said to be campy. The gore aplenty, and the nudity…well the movie opens with a woman taking a shower, which gets bloody. This is another movie claiming to have an 80’s retro feel to it as well.
The cast is headed by Chad Allen, Daphne Khoury, Adam Kitchen, Richard Curtin and Todd Jenkins. Filming took place in Texas. The movie was produced by La Luna Entertainment.
