Twilight is the name of an upcoming teen vampire movie based off of a Stephanie Meyer book. However, another book with the title Twilight and a darker storyline has now been optioned for the transition into film. Twilight, as written by William Gay is about two teen siblings who investigate the local undertaker after seeing him rob the grave of their father. They discover the man is into necrophilia and when they try to blackmail him the undertaker calls in for some help via a psychopathic friend. The story is a Southern Gothic tale set in Tennessee.
