Some real life news that has come full circle to a brutal ending, will surely get itself made into a full-fledged horror movie touting “Based on actual events.” The only question is: who will get to it first?
I speak of course of the case of Vlado Taneski. He was a crime correspondent, a reporter in Macedonia who interviewed family members of murder victims that were found cut into pieces and dumped in garbage bags. Police officials began to suspect Vlado for having actually committed the murders once details that could not have been known to anyone, but the murderer began appearing in his news stories. He was arrested on a Friday and then the following Monday, June 23 2008, he killed himself in his cell. His method: he put his head in a full pail of water, drowning himself. The rumors and theories are flying on this one, how did he manage to kill himself in such a manner without nearby guards or prisoners noticing? Was he guilty? He was being investigated for three murders and a fourth disappearance, with detectives claiming they also found his DNA involved with the crimes. - Wes Laurie |
