After Dark Productions has been mentioning that their 8 Films to Die For series is slowly progressing into where they will eventually be the ones to produce all of the films; not just acquiring other people’s work. Recently it has been announced that they are to begin filming on two new horror projects.
The first movie is PERKINS 14 and will be directed by the same guy who directed DARK RIDE for the 8 Films to Die For: Craig Singer. The plot will revolve around the arrest of a suspected murderer and the bloodshed that follows. It is said to be the first feature film developed entirely via the internet. Secondly, After Dark will be going forward with: FAITHLESS. It is about a woman who flees from her life of abuse, settles down on a family farm, and discovers something cruel waiting for her there. Stewart Hopewell will direct from a script he co-wrote with Tim Long. - Wes Laurie |
