Dead Space is an upcoming video game blending sci-fi and horror elements, from EA. As a promotional tie-in with the game they’ve told us that they are giving away a collection of 100 of their favorite sci-fi and horror DVDS. It seems they did a lot of movie watching in preparation for designing the game.

The game is a FPS style adventure mixing in a new technique known as strategic dismemberment. How does strategic dismemberment work? “Shear off limbs with powerful weapons as you carve a path through alien hordes. Find ways of neutralizing attacking enemies effectively or they will keep coming at you.
