An apocalyptic zombie television show is being groomed by novelists and script writers most familiar with the Star Trek series. Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens are writing on an idea starring John Billingsley and Gary Graham called: “Alive.” No, this isn’t a retread of that true story with the rugby team eating each other on a snowy mountaintop.Apparently a pandemic breaks out turning much of the world into brain eating zombies, and a group of survivors are able to band together in a compound known as Falcon Rock. The Official Website is designed to seem like a command center for information in regards to Falcon Rock and is being currently updated with video clips and information, with a timer keeping track of the next update. This “emergency communications” website is fairly interesting and worth checking out. What television stations may be checking Alive out is not too clear, however, there seems to be a 2008 goal of getting it on the air. - Wes Laurie |
